Current State of Service: π‘ Degraded Performance
Issue Summary:
Following a sustained period of stability, there have been reports of some intermittent issues with MySIS similar to those experienced several weeks ago. At present, the issue is not constant or widespread but IT Services are monitoring the situation closely and consulting with the supplier.
