Description of Work:
We are performing planned maintenance on SITS and MySIS to complete an upgrade to version 11.1. This activity is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the functionality and security of our services.
For students with exams in May please be aware you will not be able to access your exam timetable during this period so please try again from Sunday evening.
If you miss an exam or deadline and wish to raise an Extenuating Circumstances request, please consult the EC policy.
Impact:
- Users Affected: All users accessing SITS & MySIS, including staff, students, applicants and agents
- Service Availability: SITS application and MySIS interface will be unavailable during the downtime
- Duration of Work: From 12.00pm on Friday 15th May 2026 until 8.00pm on Sunday 17th May 2026
