We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting MySIS/SITS systems. Our teams are actively investigating the issue to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

The database server and the web/application nodes have been successfully restarted. System is still considered unstable, but fully available at the time. Our teams will do analysis of this issue in order to gain deeper understanding of why this had happened.

The database server has been successfully restarted, and the web/application nodes are currently in the process of restarting. We expect all services to be fully operational shortly.
