Summary
As part of our continuous development of digital services, please note that essential maintenance work will be carried out on our Content Management System, Terminal Four (T4), from 3pm on Monday 19 February until 9am on Tuesday 20 February.
During this period, publishing across the QMUL website (qmul.ac.uk) will be paused and any changes made in T4 set to publish will not be pushed to the live site.
You will have access to T4 to edit content and set it to publish before the update takes place. However, we recommend that you do this no later than 1pm on Monday 19 February to ensure your content is pushed live on that day.
While the update is taking place, we suggest you avoid using T4 to publish any content on your pages until the publishing schedule restarts from 9am on Tuesday 20 February. We have scheduled the maintenance work to take place mostly in the evening and overnight to minimise the potential impact on users and ensure a successful update.
What to expect after the update is complete?
After the update is completed, publishing of all content on the website will resume at 9am on Tuesday 20 February. Any content scheduled to be published during the maintenance period will be automatically picked up by the publishing schedule in T4 and reflected on the live site.
There should be no noticeable
changes to the website or your content once it is published on the live site.
However, if you experience any issues, please contact the Web Team at websupport@qmul.ac.uk.
We apologise for any
inconvenience caused during this time.
