Impact to users and services affected: Line managers won’t be able to see all of the staff that report to them under the “my people” menu of MyHR. We are currently investigating this and will provide a further update in due course.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
Update: We believe this is now resolved, however investigations are ongoing to determine the cause. Therefore the Ivanti ticket will remain open.
