Summary

Update Thursday 20/10/22 12:44PM: Print Services have been restarted and after a subsequent test at Mile End, IOT, Whitechapel and West Smithfield, all services have been restored including scan and copy.

Update Thursday 20/10/22 07:00: IT services have been monitored overnight and we can confirm that yesterday’s issue has now been resolved.

Update Wednesday 19/10/22 18:40: IT services are now believed to be stable and being monitored. We will contact you again should there be further updates. Thank you for your patience.

Impact to users and services affected: There is currently an outage affecting multiple sites and network services which is being investigated by IT Services as a matter of urgency.

A further update will be provided as work progresses on resolving this outage.
