Impact to users and services affected: Direct access on managed laptops will no longer work, you will need to use the new enterprise Fortinet VPN to continue accessing resources hosted by QMUL.
You will need to ensure you are connected to the VPN to access the following services remotely
• G and J drives
• Scientia
• Library systems
• MiCollab
• Agresso (via desktop application – Web application will be unaffected)
• HR Systems
• SITS/ MySIS
• QMUL- RMS
• Central Web Timetables
• Alteryx
