Summary

We are currently encountering database issues which are preventing attendance recording from within the QM app – this is being investigated as a matter of urgency.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience arising from this issue.

Update 24/9/24 14:00: The earlier issues around attendance recording have now been resolved and the service desk are in the process of contacting everyone who raised a ticket on this issue with an update.
