Resolved: Telephony failover test – Thursday 7 July, 7pm to 10pm

Summary

Impact to users and services affected: IT Services will be carrying out a scheduled urgent change on the telephony system on the 7th July between 7.00pm and 10.00pm. The maintenance will cause a short interruption to the Micollab softphone telephony service, during which time any user tying to login to Micollab will not be able to connect.

Any users already logged in will continue to be able to make/receive calls.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
