Summary
Impact to users and service affected: Space Connect mobile app is not working for Android users at the moment. When trying to use it, user will receive an error message after signing in with QM credentials.
A work-around solution (if you want to use the booking system on
your Android phone):
Open a browser on your mobile and navigate to http://app.spaceconnect.co and
sign-in.
Space Connect mobile app in iOS platform is unaffected. Space Connect web version is also unaffected (https://app.spaceconnect.co). We have reached the supplier who is investigating and trying to find a fix for the issue.
