Update: 13/3 17:30pm: The applications team has made changes to the MySIS application that has had a positive impact, but they will know for certain whether this has resolved the issue tomorrow morning when there is a greater load on the system.
Update: 14/3 09:30am: We are still encountering intermittent issues with MySIS and are working with the software vendor to resolve these issues. A further update will be provided on this issue by 17:00 this afternoon at the latest. Please accept our apologies for any continued inconvenience cause by this issue.
Update: 15/3 12:00pm : The IT Technical teams have now resolved the issues affecting MySIS and the system is now performing normally. If you experience any further issues using the MySIS service then please contact the QMUL ITS Service Desk.
