We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting Unit4. The issue has been escalated to Unit4 (Vendor), who is currently investigating the issue.

25/11/2025 14:30 – Same issues are still present and the fix will be implemented tonight 8PM – 10PM. Implementation is expected to resolve the ongoing issue.
25/11/2025 08:00 – Last night, our team implemented a fix, and the service is operational once again.

24/11/2025 15:30 – We would like to provide an update on the timeout issue affecting some customers. Unit4 have confirmed the root cause and developed a solution, which has been successfully tested. Implementation of the fix is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
24/11/2025 13:00 – We would like to provide an update on the timeout issue affecting some customers. Progress has been made, and we have identified the potential root cause. Unit4 is actively working on a solution and remains committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
24/11/2025 11:30 – Service Desk received a ticket for Unit4.
