Current State of Service: 🟡 Degraded Performance
Issue Summary:
Due to technical issues, timetable data within the Queen Mary app (Campus M) and eClio may not be fully up to date for all users. This is impacting the ability of those users to record their attendance at teaching events via the QM app.
Update 20 October: Following the updates implemented, there have been no further reports of this issue. The incident has now been resolved but ITS are continuing to monitor the service closely
Update 14 October: IT Services will be performing essential maintenance after 5:00pm on Tuesday, 14 October 2025 to improve system performance. During this time, live timetable updates and attendance monitoring feeds may be temporarily unavailable, though cached timetable data will remain accessible to students and staff.
The systems are expected to be fully operational by Wednesday morning, with continued performance monitoring to ensure stability.
