Service Status Update: MySIS

Current State of Service: 🟒 Operational

Issue Summary:

Update 09/06/2026: MySIS is operational

Update 26/05/2026: MySIS and SITS are now largely stable. However, some issues remain under investigation. Some international applicants are experiencing login issues. On the Agent Portal, access to student profiles is inconsistent and some functionality is not yet fully restored. Reported issues include β€œillegal form amendment” errors and occasional session timeouts during application submission. Some students have also reported error messages when attempting to view their statement. Our teams are continuing to investigate and resolve these issues as a priority.

If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact ITS Help Desk below.

Update 22/05/2026: Following remediation work on MySIS, the system has shown improved stability and is operating with significantly fewer issues. The issue is no longer constant or widespread, however, IT Services are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are working with the supplier on further remediation activity.

Update 20/05/2026: We are continuing to experience intermittent issues with MySIS. At present, the issue is not constant or widespread but IT Services are monitoring the situation closely and consulting with the supplier.

IT Services are working closely with the supplier, Tribal, and a senior engineer will be on site throughout Thursday 21 May to carry out further troubleshooting and analysis. We will provide a further update following the outcome of this investigation.
