We are currently experiencing an issue with our BeyondTrust system, which has been targeted and is generating a high number of chat sessions. As a result, we have set up a new portal for issue submission chat.its.qmul.ac.uk
No data, systems or user accounts have been compromised as a result of this attack on the Live Chat service, this is abuse of a publicly facing portal, which holds no user data
Impact: Lower response time
Users Affected: Live Chat users
