Issue Summary:
A cooling system failure in DC1 triggered the outage.
the DC1 chiller developed a leak, caused by a failed flange. Engineers on-site were attempting repairs without success.
A temporary workaround is being explored: rerouting chilled water from the Student Hub chiller to supply DC1 until permanent repairs can be done tomorrow.

09.02 17:30PM – All services previously affected by the DC1 cooling issue have been successfully restored. There is no ongoing impact, and systems are operating as expected.
