Summary

Current Status:  

As of 4 July, we continue to experience a good level of stability on our on-premise Dell HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) platform. 

Previous updates:  

Stable as of 4 July: Archibus  
Stable as of 2 July: Kinetics, iLabs, Teaching Applications in PC Labs  
Stable as of 1 July: Sierra Library Service 
Stable of 30 June: Armis 
Stable as of 27 June: Mail services, including sympa mailing lists, and authentication services which grant multi-factor authentication permissions 

Planned Actions:  

We now have a robust workaround in place to ensure our systems and services are stable. We will however, at a later date, need to move some of the affected systems to a new environment as a permanent solution. We will engage with business owners and colleagues to consult on appropriate dates and times for this work, and ensure any downtime is communicated.

There will be no further updates unless the situation changes.
