Update 24.06 2PM: We are currently seeing stability with this service. Our teams are actively monitoring and working towards a more permanent solution.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting services hosted within the Mile End Datacentre (DC1).
Users may experience reduced performance or delays when accessing services that are hosted directly in DC1 or that have dependencies on systems located within DC1.
This incident is being treated with high priority. ITS is actively working with our external support provider to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
