Impact to users and services affected:The SID helpdesk system is being upgraded at 9am on Saturday 2nd September. This means that access to the following call centres will be unavailable for several hours:
- Student Enquiry Centre Online
- Advice & Counselling Service Online
- Joint Research Management Office
- My School Enquiries (EECS)
- SIS Support & Training
We anticipate that these services will be available again by 2pm.
