Scheduled maintenance – Micollab – 1st August 18:00pm – 20:00pm

Due to preparation for clearing the Micollab telephony estate will be undergoing failover testing on the 1^st of August 2024.

The testing will take place from 6pm and end 8pm.

From a user’s perspective there should be no interruption to the telephony service. However attempting to login to Micollab softphone during the above window from 6-8pm will not be possible.
