Ringcentral/Micollab – Maintenance – 9th July 19:00pm – 9th July 19:15pm

The Mitel ACD service will be down on the 9^th of July for Security maintenance work. The service will be down from 7pm for 15 min.

During this time no ACD agents will be able to make or receive calls.

However as no hotlines will be opened during this period no users are expected to be impacted by the outage.
