Update 13/1/23: Today’s Reserva panel issues have now been resolved following a number of manual updates. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Impact to users and services affected: Reserva room booking panels are currently displaying incorrect information across several Department W meeting rooms.
While we investigate this issue we would request anyone wishing to book a room please do so via Outlook rather than via the meeting room booking panel.

Update 12/1/22 16:30: An incident has been logged with the Reserva software vendor and due to the impact of this issue, escalated with the account manager. We are currently in conversation with their technical team to progress a resolution.
