Resolved: Research student teams access

Summary

We have had reports of a number of research students who are having issues accessing teams due to a legacy licensing issue. This has been escalated to Microsoft.

Please note that if you are currently affected that a number of affected students have found that logging into teams on a mobile device and then switching to the desktop Teams app will restore access.
