Resolved: QMUL App missing Attendance tile

Summary

Impact to users and services affected: There is currently an issue with the QMUL App where the Attendance tile is missing for a number of individuals – the QMUL ITS team are currently ascertaining the scope of the issue as well as working on a resolution. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience arising from this issue.

A further update will be provided at 09:00 2/4/25.

Update 1/4/2025 17:30: Please note that this issue has now been resolved however any affected users should log out and back into their QMUL app to resolve the issue – please also note that all users will be forcibly logged out later this evening to ensure the issue is resolved.
