Summary

Impact to users and services affected: There is currently as issue with QMPlus and as a result the application is unavailable. IT Services are investigating the issue.

Update@4.40pm: The QMPlus major incident has been resolved and service remains stable and accessible.

Update@2.56pm: The issue QMPlus appears to be resolved. IT Services will continue to monitor the performance of QMplus.
