Summary

Update 6/1/23 17:00: Further work took place overnight on QMPlus to resolve the issues encountered on the 5/1 and following subsequent testing we are confident that this has resolved the issue. IT Services will continue to closely proactively monitor QMPlus in order to avoid any further impact during the exam period.

Update 5/1/23 17:00: A resolution to today’s issue has been identified and is being implemented while QMPlus is being closely monitored by IT Services in order to avoid any further impact during the exam period.

Update 5/1/23 14:15: The issue impacting access to QMPlus has now been identified and a workaround put in place. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused today – EECS will be communicating any revised exam arrangements separately.

Impact to users and services affected: There are currently intermittent issues affecting access to QMPlus which in turn are affecting access to a number of exams. These are currently being investigated as a matter of urgency.
