Impact to users and services affected: Users are currently experiencing issues logging into QMplus due to an authentication/ shibboleth issue. IT Services are working to resolve the issue. We will update this page when we have further information.
Update@10.46am – Other services were also affected by the authentication/shibboleth issue, including:
· Static / T4 / corporate web sites that use idcheck authentication (so not the public sites) but for example connected.qmul.ac.uk
· Shibboleth enabled services including qm+, library e-journals, cotutor and some other qm services.
· wiki.its and a range of small php web sites, including www.dir, racktables
· Some school/local web sites.
· Other various internal ITS tools and resources.
Update@8.30am – This issue has been resolved. and the service is being monitored.
