Resolved: Power Outage in the EECS building (Peter Landin) – Thursday 4 November, 8.15am (RESOLVED)

Summary

Impact to users and services affected: There is a power issue in the EECS building (Peter Landin) which occurred at 6.00am this morning. Both Server rooms in the building are offline, this means that all EECS IT Services are unavailable. Estates & Facilities are investigating the issue.

Update@10.15am Friday 5th November – All services have been restored.

Update@ 4.34pm – Power has returned and the team will continue to restore services.

Update@ 2.53pm – Core services have been restored, and we continue to recover services over the rest of the day.
