Resolved: Resolved Pooley East Power/Eduroam Issue – 10 May, 22:40

Summary

Update Friday 20 May @18:30: The Eduroam issues at Pooley East have now been resolved.

Update Friday 20 May @17:00: We have received reports of issues with Eduroam at Pooley East. These have been escalated with Network Operations who are investigating.

Update Friday 20 May @8.10: The service is still running on temporary supplies. Further updates will follow.

Update Thursday 12 May @16:50: The service has been restored however on temporary supplies. Estates are expecting to switch to permanent power supplies on Monday, which will cause a short outage to network service.

Update @ Wednesday 11 May 15:30 We have received confirmation that all services have now been restored following the power issues at Pooley East.

Impact to users and services affected: There is currently a power issue affecting Pooley East. Estates and Facilities staff are investigating the issue. Further updates will follow.
