Summary

Impact to users and services affected: All users are currently experiencing performance issues accessing QMplus. Engineers are investigating the issue.

Update @3.42pm – QMPlus is now working and stable for the moment. Work is underway to confirm and definitively resolve the root cause, until then there is risk the the service may experience some disruption. We are very closely monitoring the system until those investigations complete.
