This has been logged with the provider and they are investigating this now. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

Update 18/10/23 10:15: We are still working with the provider to resolve this issue – a further update will be provided at 12:30 today.
Update 18/10/23 12:00: We can confirm that the problem has now been identified as “an issue in the network upstream from our system which in turn had a secondary effect on the MySQL service” and subsequently resolved. We have been advised that the provider is highly confident that this issue is unlikely to recur.
