Summary

Impact to users and services affected: Users are currently experiencing intermittent issues accessing MySIS. The Applications team is currently investigating the issue and will have a further update shortly.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Update@9.30am – Access to MySIS has now been restored and being closely monitored.

Update@17:00pm – No further MySIS issues have been observed however enhanced monitoring will continue overnight to ensure continuity of service.

Update@27/6 09:30am – No further MySIS issues were observed overnight while enhanced monitoring continues.

Update@16:30pm – No further MySIS issues have been observed since the last update however enhanced monitoring will continue overnight to ensure continuity of service.
