Resolved: Resolved: MySIS certificate issues

Summary

Impact to users and services affected: We have had reports of certificate issues when trying to access MySIS An incident has been raised and the supporting teams informed. Please note that this is a certificate issue and not a cyber attack.

While we investigate this issue MySIS can be accessed via the the desktop Edge browser by clicking on Advanced and then “Continue to mysis.qmul.ac.uk (unsafe)“.

IT are aware of the issue and have advised that this issue should be resolved by 15:00 this afternoon (Sunday 6th July).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Update 15:30: IT services are still working towards resolving the MySIS certificate issue and will provide a further update at 16:30.

Update 18:30: The certificate issues have now been resolved. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience arising from today’s issue.
