Due to a mandatory system upgrade, MyHR will be unavailable to all staff from 5:00pm on Monday 27 July 2026 until 9:00am on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
If you need to view, download or print your payslips or previous P60s, please do so before 5:00pm on 27 July 2026. Alternatively, you will be able to access these documents again from 9:00am on 29 July 2026, once the upgrade has been completed.
Please note that the July payslip will be available to view and download from 22 July 2026. For staff leaving QMUL in July, your P45 will be sent to your home address in early August so please ensure that your home address is up to date on MyHR before leaving.
