Summary
There have been widespread reports of a Microsoft outage affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services. We have not had any reports of QMUL being affected however are continuing to closely monitor the situation.
Please be vigilant for any calls from anyone fraudulently purporting to be from Microsoft or Cloudstrike and if you do receive any calls then please contact the QMUL service desk with any details around the call.

Update 19/7/12:15: It is believed that today’s outages were caused by a CrowdStrike update – Crowdstrike is not a security technology used by QMUL however we continue to work with suppliers who may be impacted by this update.
