Resolved: RESOLVED: Issue with internet connection – Wingate building Whitechapel campus – Wednesday 9 Nov, 8am

Summary

Impact to users and services affected: There is power issue which has caused the loss of internet connectivity within the Wingate building Whitechapel campus. Both Wifi and LAN connections are affected. IT Services are investigating the issue and have contacted Estates and Facilities to restore power to the building.

Update@ 12.26pm: Estates & Facilities team have been investigating the power issues and have now escalated the issue after speaking with electrical contractors who are on route to the site.
