Impact to users and services affected: We are currently aware that students are having problems enrolling on modules within QMplus. We have raised this with our 3rd party support and they are investigating.

Incident Updates
1st Oct 2021
Update 12:30 – We believe the issue has been resolved, however we have found some courses that may need to be manually enrolled. If you are still experiencing issues please contact IT Services.
Update 10:00 – (Resolved) The remedial work from yesterday has worked, the automated enrolment jobs are now running. We will continue to monitor the service throughout the day and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
30th Sept 2021
Update 18;30 – The script to fix the issue has completed without errors, but a few manual updates were required and some course ID’s had to be added back manually. We will be carrying out checks and testing to ensure that the issue has been completely resolved. – We will provide further updates tomorrow.
Update 15:00 – The Script is still running and almost complete. Our engineers are closely monitoring the progress. We will provide you with an update once the script has finished running.
Update 12:00 – Our investigations have completed and another attempt at deploying the remedial work has been made. This involves running a script to enroll students to courses including ones that had failed. The script will take sometime to complete, we will update you as it progresses.
Update 10:20 – Yesterday’s remedial work continued into the evening, this morning the work appeared to be unsuccessful, we are investigating and will make further attempts to resolve this.
