Summary

Update @ Thursday 18 May 13:00 We are continuing to working with our suppliers to resolve this issue – if you are using a device running either macOS Montery or iOS 15 then we would continue to request you use either a teaching services device found in the library or any device using Windows operating system in the meantime.

Update@Wednesday 26 April 14:30 We are currently working with our suppliers to resolve this issue – if you are working from either of the operating systems below then we would request you use either a teaching services device found in the library or any device using Windows operating system in the meantime.

Impact to users and services affected: There is currently an issue with paying library fines via the MyPrint website https://myprint.qmul.ac.uk/user

We are currently investigating the issue and will update you as soon as possible.
