Please note that we are currently encountering intermittent telephony issues where we have encountered brief outages with the main switchboard number and/or the QMUL service desk – these are have been escalated with our telephony provider and are currently being investigated.
If you are unable to contact the QMUL service desk via phone then please contact us via chat which is available 24/7 or alternatively e-mail servicedesk@qmul.ac.uk or raise a ticket via the support portal e-mail and support portal are monitored 07:00-19:00 Monday to Friday.
The QMUL main switchboard is staffed from 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday however if your call is an emergency then please contact the QMUL security team on 0207 882 5000.
