Summary
We are aware of a printing issue impacting multiple locations across QMUL at the moment. Mile End and Dept W. The library and Dentistry have been reported as impacted and we are monitoring the situation to see if this spreads to other locations.
Authentication is effected as users cannot login when attempting to release print jobs and the error message ‘Domain error’ is displayed.
We are investigating this issue and will provide a further update when it is available.
