HP Managed Printer issues- Thursday 20 October, 11.00am

Impact to users and services affected: There are currently issues affecting HP managed printers which are preventing users from scanning and photocopying. IT Services are working with the 3rd party provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide an update when we have more information.
