Maintenance duration: 1440 minutes (24 hours); Tuesday, 14th March 2023, 6pm – 6pm the following evening.
Impact to users and services affected: IT Services are performing planned maintenance on the remote access solution (FortiClient), between Tuesday 14th March 6pm and Wednesday 15th March 6pm. The FortiClient VPN Zero Trust Telemetry tab will show show the status of “Not Reachable” for the duration of this work, as per the screenshot below.
This will not affect user connectivity to QMUL resources.
