Impact to users and services affected: IT Services are performing planned maintenance on the remote access solution (FortiClient), between Tuesday 28th March 6pm and Wednesday 29th March 6pm.
The FortiClient VPN Zero Trust Telemetry tab will show the status of “Not Reachable” for the duration of this work, as per the screenshot below.
This will not affect user connectivity to QMUL resources.
