FortiClient VPN scheduled maintenance – between 11am and 5pm on Wednesday 26 April

Impact to users and services affected: IT Services are performing planned maintenance on the remote access solution (FortiClient), on Wednesday 26th April 2023, between 11am – 5pm

 The FortiClient VPN Zero Trust Telemetry tab will show the status of “Not Reachable” for the duration of this work, as per the screenshot below.

This will not affect user connectivity to QMUL resources.
