Eduroam connection issues affecting Win 11/mRDS devices

We are currently encountering issues with Windows 11 and mRDS devices connecting to Eduroam.

At present this issue can be resolved by connecting an affected device to either an ethernet connected docking station or QM Visitor, opening a command prompt session and running “gpupdate /force” or alternatively please contact the service desk for assistance.

Please note that QM Visitor is unaffected by this issue.
