Upcoming Unit4 ERP (Agresso) System Downtime – 26 March to 1 April 2025

Summary

Unit4 ERP (Agresso) system will be unavailable from 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 26 March, until 9.00 am on Tuesday, 1 April 2025.

Maintenance Reason:

  • This brief interruption is due to migration of Unit4 ERP (Agresso) to the vendor’s cloud infrastructure.

Services Affected:

  • Unit4 ERP (Agresso) Web and Desktop
  • Unit4 ERP (Agresso) Excelerator reporting software
  • Unit4 ERP (Agresso) Expenses Mobile App

Impact on Users:

  • This is a like-for-like software update for current web users, as such, we do not expect any major changes to the look and feel for general users (requisitioners, approvers, expense submitters, purchasing card users).
  • For Finance, JRMO, and Stores users, access will move to a new web-based interface with a different layout and navigation. Training materials are available via our Unit 4 ERP (Agresso) webpage.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during this transition.

Update 1/4/25 10:30: The Agresso migration is now complete however due to a parallel T4 migration there may be some delays in updating Agresso links on the qmul.ac.uk site to the new location.

In the meantime Agresso can be accessed via https://ubw.unit4cloud.com/uk_qml_prod_web/ – please ensure that “Identity Services authentication” is selected when logging on.
