Current State of Service: 🟡 Degraded Performance
Issue Summary:
We are currently experiencing an unexpected additional period of limited functionality due to the upgrade process of these systems, which is affecting all users of Elements and DSpace. Our teams are actively investigating the issue to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
Impact:
Users Affected: Anyone who would be submitting material via Elements, to appear in DSpace (QMRO), therefore, primarily Research staff and Research Students
Scope: Unable to submit new material via Elements, to then appear in DSpace (QMRO)
Workaround (if any): None available at this time for submitting new material. However, DSpace (QMRO) can still be searched via https://qmro.qmul.ac.uk/xmlui/.
