Summary
Description of Work:
We are performing planned maintenance on the Licence Server to upgrade its operating system. This maintenance is required to ensure the continued security, reliability, and support of the service.
Impact:
- Users Affected: Staff and students using teaching applications that require the Licence Server.
- Service Availability: The Licence Server will be unavailable during the maintenance window. The following applications will not be able to obtain licences and therefore cannot be used:
- Abaqus
- Ansys
- Aspen One
- Edupack
- SolidWorks
- Materialise
- COMSOL
- Altair HyperWorks
- Duration of Work: Approximately 2 hours.
- Workaround (if any): Please save your work and ensure any use of the affected applications is completed before the maintenance window. No alternative service is available during this time.
