Update 29.06: The issue effecting tasks within the workflow has now been resolved. Users should see tasks appear in their task list as normal.Some users may see a workflow tasks that was previously approved, please continue to review and approve as required.
This duplication is temporary and will clear once the current cycle of tasks are completed.

Issue Summary:
We are currently aware of an issue affecting requisitions.
When some users raise a requisition, it may become stuck in the workflow and not progress for approval or convert into a purchase order.
Our team is actively investigating this and is working closely with our supplier, Unit4, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide a further update within the next couple of hours.
