Description of Work:
IT Services need to carry out essential emergency maintenance works on our hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) this evening, Wednesday 22nd October.
This means there will be a downtime of around 1.5 hours for the following systems/services from 8pm this evening.
- Archibus
- iLabs
- Kinetics
- Onyx attendance monitoring (door scanners)
- OpenLab
- Sierra Library Service
- Sympa mailing list service (there will be a delay to any emails sent during this time)
- Sentry (there will be a brief, few minute outage of kiosks, laptop loans and drop offs – will not be down for the full 1.5 hours)
- RDS Management
- Remote Desktop Gateway Service
- Shared – Microsoft SQL
- UK Data Services
- Unit4 ERP (Agresso)
IT Services have been in touch with Business Owners of these systems/services to make them aware of these emergency works.
